Medium Wave Infrared heater modules provide an efficient heat source for a variety of industrial processes, primarily those that entail thermoforming of plastics and even Sauna Heating applications. The infrared elements built into quartz panels rapidly provide an even, controlled, heat source. Our medium wave infrared heating modules are configured with a resistance wire, which is enclosed in a Quartz Tube of 8mm or 10mm outer diameter. The quartz tubes are placed parallel to each other and are mounted in a special housing. We can custom design any size of Medium Wave Infrared heaters.
